Youll learn how to make almond shells (using the French meringue method), prepare the fillings, and assemble the macarons. Chocolate macaron with creamy chocolate ganache Flavored macarons: raspberry, speculoos, praline, and chocolate passion fruit Each participant leaves with their own box of 1215 macarons.
